Can’t Sign In Over Mobile Network
On Android devices, when “Data Saver” or “Background Data” settings are enabled, some FamilyLog features may not work correctly.
This particularly affects Google Play authentication, so please check the following:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Data usage and turn ON “Background data”.
If you use Y!mobile or an OPPO device, this setting may be turned off by default.
