What to Do When You’re Logged Out After Changing Devices
After switching to a new device, you may find that you’ve been logged out instead of staying signed in.
This happens because authentication info doesn’t always transfer cleanly when you migrate apps and data from an old device to a new one, leading to inconsistencies on some devices.
✅ What to do
Sorry for the inconvenience — please reinstall the app following these steps:
- Uninstall the app from your current device
- Reinstall the latest version from the app store
- Try signing in again
This will reset the authentication info to match your new device’s environment, allowing you to sign in.
🔒 Don’t worry
Even after reinstalling, your account info and data are stored in the cloud, so as long as you sign in with the same method (email, Apple ID, etc.), all your data will be restored.
